What the Diagnostic answers and delivers.

The 4 questions it answers

  1. 01Where has AI already entered the company?
  2. 02Where are the risks and invisible costs?
  3. 03Where is the real opportunity?
  4. 04What to do in the next 90 days?

What the board receives

  1. AI use inventory

Which areas use AI, for what, with which tools and data.

  2. Risk and invisible cost map

Where data risks, duplicate licenses and ownerless pilots sit.

  3. Maturity score

A score per dimension: use, policy, data, people and control.

  4. 30/60/90 roadmap

The next decisions, with owners and priority.

Format: a 12 to 20-page executive document and an 8-slide presentation.

How it happens

Three stages, 10 days.

For CEOs, COOs, CIOs, HR and Compliance.

  1. 01

    Alignment

Scope, areas involved and what can be accessed. You decide what to open.

  2. 02

    Mapping

Interviews with the areas and an inventory of AI uses.

  3. 03

    Executive delivery

Document, presentation and the recommendation of what to do first.

After the Diagnostic

The map becomes a plan: harness implementation (Organize, 6 weeks) and monthly governance (Govern).

Investment and timeline

What it costs and how long it takes, before the first call.

All three stages have a public range. The Diagnostic amount is set on the scoping call, based on company size, number of areas and data access; that call is free. Organize and Govern are set after the Diagnostic, based on the number of cases, areas and agents it finds.

Who leads it

Who leads the Diagnostic.

  • Thiago Holtz

Co-founder · operations, process and harness

Turns AI into method, routine and measurable results. Leads the inventory, the risk map and the harness blueprint.

What the Diagnostic is not

Scope, stated plainly.

  • Not a certification or an audit

It uses ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF as method references. It shows where the company stands and what to do first; it issues no seal.

  • No system access at the start

It starts with interviews and an inventory. You decide what to open and when.

  • No tool sales

Reveno does not resell licenses or take vendor commissions. Models and tools remain your company's choice.

Method references

Each deliverable tied to a public reference.

The Diagnostic frames its findings in the language of the two references that the board, audit and legal already know.

Questions about the Diagnostic.

How much does the Executive AI Diagnostic cost?

The reference range is R$ 18k to R$ 35k, based on company size, number of areas and depth of the inventory. The amount is set after the scoping call, which is free.

How long does it take?

10 days, from alignment to the executive delivery: a 12 to 20 page document and an 8 slide board presentation.

Do you need access to our systems?

Not at the start. The Diagnostic begins with interviews with each area and an inventory of AI uses. You decide what to open.

Is the Diagnostic an ISO/IEC 42001 certification?

No. It uses ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF as method references, but it is neither an audit nor a certification. It shows where the company stands, where risk and invisible cost sit and what to do in the next 90 days.

How is it different from the free self-assessment?

The self-assessment shows what was declared in about 6 minutes. The Diagnostic checks it in 10 days with interviews, contracts, access and invoices, and delivers an inventory, a risk and cost map, a score per dimension and a roadmap with owners.

What happens after the Diagnostic?

The map becomes a plan: the harness implementation (Organize, 6 weeks) and monthly governance (Govern). Moving on to those stages is your company's decision.

How much do the harness implementation and governance cost?

Organize, the 6 week harness implementation, has a reference range of R$ 35k to R$ 90k. Govern, the harness in operation with monthly governance, R$ 12k to R$ 40k per month. The amount is set after the Diagnostic, based on the number of cases, areas and agents. Model and tool licenses are not included.

Nothing runs without an owner.

Start with the Executive Diagnostic. In 10 days, the board knows where AI has entered and what to do first.

Send your context in 1 minute and pick a time right after.

Request the Executive AI Diagnostic.

Tell us in a few lines how AI shows up in your company today. You don't need a structured project. If it makes sense, we'll schedule a conversation.

It makes sense if

  • AI already shows up in more than one area, with no common rule.
  • The board wants to know risk and cost before scaling.
  • You want to put agents to work, with control.

Step 1 of 2

Understand the scenario

What happens after you submit

  1. You send the context (1 minute).
  2. Right after, you pick a time to talk.
  3. We arrive with an initial read ready.

This isn't an automatic proposal. We don't access systems without authorization.

No need to write technically. In 2 or 3 sentences, tell us what you're seeing today about AI use, risks, questions, or lack of clarity.
